I was happy with the service at Johnsons Suzuki Bilston because friendly staff & dealt with my requirements.

I would recommend Johnsons Suzuki Bilston to friends and family because all the staff, from sales, to reception, to parts/labour , to the cleaner are friendly , accommodating & professional. Note I identified the fault & took pictures of the identified problem & my analysis of the problem was confirmed. The problem wasn’t covered under the warranty & this was explained beforehand & on the day, so there was a charge but it is what it is. They didn’t have the required replacement part as this has to be ordered, Once the part comes in my car will be re-booked in & I’ll stay onsite as it’s a relatively quick job so no courtesy car is required .
There’s a drinks machine & the availability of a tv to keep me happy whilst I wait for my car to be repaired…

The staff at Johnsons Suzuki Bilston were good because they are very pleasant and knowledgeable.
I do not like the booking service at all. No personal service and takes ages. Would rather speak direct to the garage personnel. Bring back a receptionist please at my local garage!

Whether that’s buying a new car or taking it in for service. Brandon in sales and Julie and Sirena in service are always welcoming and make you feel very comfortable to deal with them.
